au jus sandwiches

You'll never want a deli roast beef sandwich again after tasting these. My sister's friend Tonya posted it on our foodie blog last year. We can't get enough of them. Enjoy in the summer on your back porch {or patio balcony} with a cup of fresh fruit and lemonade or in the winter with warm potato skins and cider.

Very tasty.

Au Jus Sandwiches

3-4 lbs of London Broil
2 cups of beef broth
2 cups of water
1 packet Au Jus seasoning
1 packet Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Put everything in the crockpot and cook for at least 8 hours. Serve on toasted French rolls with melted provolone cheese. Even better if you use the "au jus" and dip your sandwich in!

Enjoy!

  2. Wow, I feel famous. I can't really take credit because it's really my mom's neighbor's recipe. SO yummy, though!
