A quick Introduction

I guess that I had better introduce myself before we get going this week. My name is Carrian and I am the wife to a premed student and mother to a two year old. We are currently living in Utah, but who knows where med school will take us. My husband and I met back in Idaho. We were both personal training and he taught "Abs That Rock" while I was teaching Pilates. The rest is pretty much history, as they say.

I am just barely starting a food blog, (as of last week in fact, so don't be surprised that I don't even have the header made yet.) Sweet Basil. I love to cook and try new recipes and am so lucky to have a husband who is also a great cook and loves to hang out in the kitchen with me. Peyton is our two year old. She is so much fun and always happy. She loves to watch and go to football games. In fact, she always tells us that the BYU cougar, Cosmo, is her best friend. So cute. Other than football, Peyton LOVES to sing and dance. Our days are filled with music and dancing with some story time added in.
